The enduro-bred Firebird is danger and daring dialed in. It’s built of
carbon and courage, urging you to give in to gravity on the descent and
willfully defy it on the climb. With nearly bottomless suspension, it’s so
planted it may as well grow roots. Roots that can fly. Look, we don’t get
it, either — but you will when you ride it.

A New Breed of Bird

We’ve dialed up the new Firebird to make it even more aggressive, planted,
and efficient. This is no minor tweak to the tuning; we re-engineered the
bike from the ground up to improve performance in every dimension. The seat
angle is steeper, the head tube is slacker, and the bottom bracket is a
significant 5mm lower for a reassuring riding position that keeps you in
the bike and in control on the gnarliest terrain.

The enhanced dw-link suspension seamlessly integrates and elevates the
already category defying pedaling response that the Firebird is known for.
The linkages and kinematics underwent a transformation, further elevating
the overall performance of this battle-tested suspension system

Adjustable Chainstay Length

Adjustable chainstay lengths via Pivot’s patented Swinger® Dropout System
Using our Swinger Dropout patent, we developed a chainstay length adjustment
that is fully compatible with UDH and SRAM Transmission in either setting.
Allowing riders to select between the short or long setting, giving you
8mm of adjustment for your rear center.
The drive side features a short and long setting, adjusted via the patented
Swinger Dropout. The non-drive is adjusted via an easy-to-use flip-chip.
Now riders can pick between short chainstays for locking in manuals and
snappy cornering. Or go long for even more stability on high-speed chunky
descents

Mixed Wheel Configuration Options
Dial in your Firebird’s setup with the Pivot Flip Chip. Switch the geometry
between ‘high’ for conquering rocky and technical courses or ‘low’ for
maximum speed and ultimate control on the descents.

Our mixed-wheel configuration enhances rider maneuverability while maintaining
the stability and rollover confidence you need to charge through chunky
terrain, all without losing the lively, agile ride feel that makes MX setups
so beloved.
The XS frame size will only be available in a MX wheel configuration, not
compatible with 29” rear wheels

Suspension Progressivity Flip Chip

Allows riders the ability to change the progressivity of the suspension
curve. Both settings are compatible with air or coil-over shocks.
Progressivity setting 31.8% & linear setting 26.9% (0 to 100% of travel)
Progressivity setting 15.6% & linear setting 12.3% (sag 30% to 90% of travel)

Toolshed(TM) In-Frame Storage

The new Pivot Toolshed™ in-frame storage system keeps your essentials
securely tucked away, reducing clutter and providing quick, easy access for
all your trail adventures, from short rides to longer excursions. Designed
to be completely rattle-free, it ensures your gear stays silent and secure,
even on the roughest terrain.
The Toolshed door is a work of engineering art with the easiest to use
and most secure latching system on the market. An integrated magnet on the
inside of the door holds quick links for fast and easy access. Strap your
favorite tool or accessory to the inside of the door using the integrated
strap loop (strap not included).
Each Firebird includes two Toolshed™ bags, designed to carry a spare inner
tube, essential tools and even a bit of extra space for a snack
